Be Healthy

We are lucky to be living at a time when we understand health and our own bodies more than ever before in history.

We can’t rewrite our DNA and any genetic risks of disease that we may have inherited. Nor can we control the role that chance plays in developing disease. But we can give ourself the best possible chance of being healthy, from making lifestyle choices to help our bodies.

Here are six well evidenced tips to help us stay healthy.

  1. don’t eat too much
  2.  eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables
  3. keep an eye on your weight
  4. get some exercise every day
  5. get enough sleep
  6. don’t smoke

There are others of course but these are a good start.
