Alien on a leash. I thought the sign said No Dogs, but there were plenty. Somehow I was the only one that got a ticket, even though this is clearly not a dog. I wonder what would have happened if I had been walking a goat or a pot bellied pig. Perhaps the sign is showing a four appendage alien, thus the ticket.
